CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEBU)

The CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFIER (CEO) shall be the overall-in-charge for the management of the business and affairs of the bank governed by the strategic direction and risk appetite approved by the board of directors. He / She shall be primarily accountable to the board of directors in championing the desired conduct and behavior, implementing strategies, and in promoting the long-term interest of the bank.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably business-related course; post-graduate studies (Masters / Doctorate Degree) is an advantage.
• With at least 10-15 years of relevant, extensive, and solid experience in banking and / or financial institutions.
• With at least 5 of those years spent in a senior management role.
