Job Summary :
The Sales Executive is responsible for expanding and managing business-to-business
(B2B) sales operations in Cebu and the Visayas region, including but not limited
to Cebu, Bohol, Negros, Iloilo, Leyte, and Samar. This role focuses on developing
new accounts, maintaining long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets
through strategic and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and market growth in
the Visayas region.
Identify and engage potential corporate, industrial, and institutional clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeatbusiness.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in thearea.
Present and demonstrate company products and solutions to clients.Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts.Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, SCM, and Technical)to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
Provide timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates tomanagement.
Represent the company in trade shows, product exhibits, and businessnetworking events in Cebu and nearby provinces.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.At least 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial,equipment, or technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano (fluency in regional Visayandialects is an advantage).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Willing to travel across Cebu and Visayas areas as required.Key Competencies :
