SAP Analyst, Lead

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge (SAP FICO) to solve application issues, incidents, and problems with moderate to high risk / complexity.
• Provide specific technical expertise and has skills in problem investigating, estimating, proposing alternative solutions, addressing security considerations, etc.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members working on a specific application. Provide technical expertise for the application and is versed in the application’s functions and interfaces.
• Coordinate work assignments and activities within the team, and is typically a subject-matter expert of the work domain.
• Provide technical support and input on the application of technology, and advice on solution and integration opportunities
• Where warranted, communicates across client community appropriate to scope of technical understanding, and in coordination with client delivery management
• Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for DXC and for customers.
• Build SAP FICO capabilities in the department, including growing self and others via training, certifications, cross-skilling and mentoring of other consultants.
• Manage a team responsible for package software application development.
• Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently.
