About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate our growth in the Canadian market for SAP SuccessFactors. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying leads across diverse industries. Your ability to combine modern outreach techniques with strong analytical insights will play a key role in strengthening our pipeline and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Campaigns : Plan and execute targeted campaigns to expand brand presence and grow the pipeline for SAP SuccessFactors across Canada.
- Prospecting & Outreach : Identify, research, and connect with qualified prospects via LinkedIn, email, telemarketing, and AI-powered tools.
- Multi-Industry Engagement : Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers across industries, tailoring messages to address unique needs.
- CRM & Analytics : Use Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage leads, track engagement, and deliver data-driven insights that optimize outreach strategies.
- Collaboration : Partner with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on HR technology trends, competitor activity, and the Canadian business landscape to sharpen targeting and messaging.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in lead generation or business development, ideally within the Canadian B2B market.Strong background in researching, identifying, and engaging qualified leads through digital and traditional channels.Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) with proven ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.Hands-on experience with innovative outreach tools, including AI or automation-driven platforms.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR technology solutions (highly desirable).Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Assets
