About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Digital Analyst (Search) to take charge of paid search campaigns, team enablement and client pitches. This role requires hands-on expertise in paid search platforms, leadership skills and a passion for driving performance through data-driven digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads, SEM, DV360, and programmatic / display ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding, targeting and optimization for campaign performance.
- Manage video and display advertising campaigns, including creative collaboration and performance tracking.
- Lead, coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and a growth-oriented culture.
- Support pitches and presentations, providing strategic insights and clear communication to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team to continuously enhance strategies.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Google Ads (non-negotiable), DV360 and / or paid search platforms.Background in leadership (or strong willingness to lead) within paid search advertising.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for campaign optimization.Excellent client communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Skilled in team management, conflict resolution and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Drive).Highly organized, proactive and entrepreneurial with a passion for delivering results.Strong written and verbal communication for strategy presentation and stakeholder alignment.
