Qualifications :
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC-registered). or Licensed Electrical
Engineer
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales, design, or projectmanagement.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and project lifecycle.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Tagalog,and local Visayan dialects.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering or CRM tools.Demonstrated ability in technical selling and project coordination.Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently withinthe assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales strategies for HVAC systems and relatedequipment in Cebu and Visayas.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities among commercial, industrial,and institutional clients.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to promotecompany products and services.
Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project quotations.Coordinate closely with the design, procurement, and project management teamsto ensure timely project execution.
Manage client relationships and provide after-sales support for ongoing andcompleted projects.
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Submit accurate sales forecasts, project updates, and performance reports tomanagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and safetyrequirements.
Travel extensively within Cebu and the Visayas areas for client calls and projectsupervision.
