Job Responsibilities :
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and document organization.
- Set up and manage appointments efficiently.
- Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
- Utilize Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.
- (Preferred) Experience with Xactimate for estimates and reports.
