Role Description

The Chief Operating Officer will lead the overall operations of Lay Bare Waxing Philippines, overseeing both company-owned and franchised branches across multiple brands. This role is critical in driving operational performance, strategic growth, brand execution, and cross-brand alignment—all while fostering innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership : Oversees daily multi-brand operations, ensures alignment with brand standards, and tracks performance through operational scorecards and KPIs.
• Strategic Growth : Develops long-term business plans, collaborates on a 3-year roadmap, and drives decisions on brand scaling, repositioning, or sunsetting.
• Franchising & Multi-Brand Management : Enhances franchise systems, nurtures strategic partnerships, and ensures cohesive yet distinct brand operations.
• Change Management & Innovation : Leads digital transformation initiatives, promotes process improvements, and fosters a culture of innovation.
• Culture & People Leadership : Embodies company values, guides teams through change, and mentors emerging leaders within the organization.
