Responsibilities :

Responsible to Commercial Lines (CL) UW team - Property, Engineering, Marine, Casualty, Bonds, and Technical Service.
Over-all responsible for the performance of the Underwriting Division.
Monitoring & assessing individual performances & results of each Line, including performances of each Line Head, including Reinsurance. Ensure all acceptances are within company policies and guidelines. This is a key senior leadership role that can greatly impact the success of the organization.

Qualifications :

College Education (preferably Engineering background).

Licensed by the Insurance Commission on All Lines.

At least 15 years of experience in Non-Life Industry & Underwriting including Reinsurance.

Attended seminars / trainings in all Lines of Insurance including Surveying, Risk Management, Reinsurance & Leadership.

Proficient in MS Office.

Analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Systematic and leadership skills.
