Senior Project Manager

Job descriptionLicensed Civil Engineer. At least 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry. Strong track record in managing both horizontal (roads, pipelines, infrastructure) and vertical (buildings, facilities) projects. Certification in Project / Construction Management (e.g., CCM, PMP) is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Must be willing to work on-site in Bacoor City, Cavite.
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale horizontal and vertical construction projects. This role is ideal for a licensed and highly experienced Civil Engineer with proven expertise in managing complex projects, leading diverse teams, and ensuring successful delivery from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring targets on scope, schedule, and budget are achieved.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic direction and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
