• Schedule : 9am to 6pm Sydney Time , 1 hour unpaid lunch break, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a  Data Migration Specialist  to join our team in Australia. This role plays a critical part in ensuring client data is accurately migrated during onboarding and beyond.

Requirements

Requirements Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required). Basic understanding of legal terminology (legal background desirable but not required). Proven experience in manual data entry and / or data migration (legal industry experience a plus). Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and minimizing errors. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data and resolve discrepancies. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
