Project Architect

1. Responsible for planning and creating architectural designs of JPHI and JSB projects.

2. Manages and communicates with a team of engineers, subcontractors, top management, and other personnel in charge of the project.

3. To supervise and directly manage all architectural works.

4. To review and prepare architectural plans submitted by outsource consultants.

5. To ensure that contractors comply with the work plans and specifications, standard quality control procedures are being implemented.

6. Review billings and cost proposal of contractors based on the scope of work and requirements.

7. To assist the site Project Manager in the construction supervision and management for Architectural finishing works and MEPF.

8. To inspect and provide punch list for architectural and MEPFS works.

9. Analyze and approve Bill of Quantities pertaining to Architectural works.

10. Analyze and approves Bill of Materials pertaining to Architectural works.

11. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
