Job descriptionCoach, train, and upskill teams to improve both technical and soft skills. Evaluate individual and team performance using field KPIs and metrics. Administer timely performance appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans. Ensure readiness of company resources and subcontractors to meet project and market demands. Collaborate with service, project, and HR teams to align manpower and capability planning. Contribute to subcontractor strategy and selection to ensure scalability and quality of service delivery. Lead or support company-wide improvement campaigns and growth-oriented programs. Serve as the escalation point for department-level concerns and operational roadblocks. Propose and implement innovative methods to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. Participate in strategic planning meetings with top management. Coordinate with HR on disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies. Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager on performance and key initiatives. Ensure alignment of departmental goals with broader business strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Minimum of 8–10 years in MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in operations leadership, managing multi-functional teams.

Senior Operations Manager , you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations across departments while driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee supply chain readiness, manage subcontractor capability, and ensure operational processes support business growth and service excellence.

- Supervise the daily operations and workflows of multiple departments.
- Develop and implement plans to increase worker efficiency and operational productivity.
- Conduct regular audits, root cause analyses, and process reviews to identify performance gaps.
