In-House Legal Counsel (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

Schedule : Monday to Friday (07 : 00 AM -04 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

• A bachelor’s degree in law and membership in the Philippine Bar in good standing is required.
• Strong understanding of the legal complexities surrounding offshore operations, employee relations, and cross-border legal issues.
• Extensive experience in corporate law, labor relations, and regulatory compliance, particularly in BPO and offshore staffing sectors.
• 10+ years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house corporate lawyer, with specific experience in BPO, offshore staffing, or similar industries.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in handling contracts, indemnity clauses, and service level agreements.
