Job Description

Support and assist the Head of Legal in the performance of his / her duties and responsibilities.

Collaborate with other departments; ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws; structure, draft, review, and negotiate contracts to align with company objectives; provide legal opinions; monitor legal updates; develop and improve legal guidelines, policies, and training; conduct legal trainings; support legal department KPIs; perform other legal services and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree from a Philippine law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
• Member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
• At least 5 years of relevant law practice, preferably in law firms.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent legal and commercial judgment; team player; hardworking; willing to learn.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or ICT is a plus.
