Call Center Senior Consultant - Solution Design (Taguig)

Job descriptionMinimum of 8 years experience in BPO / BPM industries, with at least some managerial experience in customer service operations. Prior experience in solution design is preferred. Knowledgeable about contact center operations, including RFP processes and bid management. Willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig. Client Engagement : Develop tailored solutions to suit client needs and facilitate client interaction sessions. Market and Competitor Analysis : Collect, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence and competitive data within a specific domain, providing insights for gap analysis and contributing to market intelligence reports. Process Enhancement : Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to achieve project goals. Contract Management : Draft and review Statements of Work (SOW) to define contractual terms for specific solutions. Collateral Development : Lead and guide team members in creating marketing materials such as flyers, case studies, and other collateral.
