Job description
  • To support the On site Condominium Manager in all aspects of management of the assigned project
  • Ensures that Billing and Collection Policy Guidelines are properly implemented.
  • Ensures that cash and checks collections are intact 100% deposits in the bank daily before the closed of bank hours
  • Ensures monthly preparation of Billing Statement of the assigned project.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent - with at least 12 units in Accounting.
    • Can understand Basic Accounting Principles
    • Adept in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • With at least six (6) months of experience in related field in Accounting, Finance, Billing and Collection and or Bookkeeping
    • Must have good communication and customer service skills
    • Fresh Graduates with Billing and Collection internship experience are welcome to apply
    • Willing to be assigned in properties located in Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig and Quezon City
