Job Description

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be the first impression candidates have of an exciting, growth-oriented company. Responsibilities

• Strategically search and identify high-quality candidates using Indeed’s premium subscription features
• Proactively invite qualified candidates based on detailed job requirements and company culture fit
• Conduct professional screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest levels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and company leadership
• Manage incoming applications with prompt, professional responses and clear communication
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and detailed interaction records for optimal follow-up
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine search criteria and improve candidate quality

Requirements
