Position Title : Recruitment Admin Intern (with Absorption Opportunity)
Work Setup : 90% Remote / 10% Onsite (BGC, Taguig – for quarterly team events and occasional travels)
Duration : 300–600 hours
Schedule : Monday to Friday, minimum 40 hours / week
Compensation : Internship Allowance + Unlimited Commissions + Monthly Bonuses + Raffles
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in HRM, Psychology, or related field
- Available M–F with no class conflicts
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in research, Canva, social media posting, and job ad writing
- Proactive, strategic thinker with strong initiative and teamwork skills
- Own laptop / desktop with stable internet connection
- Goal-driven, open to feedback, and comfortable working with KPIs
Key Responsibilities
Support candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, and other platformsUse and maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Conduct recruitment market research and background checksAssist with interviews, scheduling, and candidate monitoringDesign and post job ads using Canva for portals and social mediaRespond to candidate inquiries and monitor pre-employment requirementsManage recruitment trackers and handle ad hoc admin tasksConduct onboarding micro-learning sessions for new internsAttend virtual meetings and client calibration sessionsMeet monthly and quarterly performance targetsPerks and Benefits
