Overview

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Asia team. This is an initial 6-month contract with the goal to convert to full-time after 6 months. The role will work APAC hours and focus on local recruitment in the Philippines (Customer Success and Customer Support) as well as early careers hiring in the Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement the full-cycle recruitment process and bring the best talent onboard.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\'s requirements.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks) and offline channels (e.g., job fairs and recruitment events).
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
