Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all partner communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue.
- Also responsible for communicating and resolving conflicts and / or issues with clients, employees, etc. of such handled accounts.
- Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Manager or if any problems that may arise.
- Accountable for the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing account.
- Work closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status thus identifying potential issues and / or opportunities.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business,
- Communicate the partner’s goals and represent the latter’s interests to Sun Life.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the partner / client and department, to provide strong representation and set proper partner / client expectations.
- Report to the Affinity Partnerships Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a daily basis.
- Regular monitoring and review production performance of existing accounts, for those that are newly installed and old accounts.
- Correspondence generation for such accounts such as review letters, termination letters, congratulatory letters, among others.
- Set appointments and conduct of Account Visits.
- Work hand-in-hand with other Affinity Partnerships teammates, specifically the Manager, to find leads for new business and maintain positive relationships with current clients.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned by superior from time to time.
