E-Commerce Operations Supervisor

We are looking for E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to join our team. This position is for direct hire and not under an Agency.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 6 months experience working with OMS and WMS (Ginee, Unicommerce, Anchanto, or similar OMS / WMS Platforms).
• At least 6 months experience managing a team of individual contributors.
• At least 6 months experience in leading and managing on-site resources (site supervision).
• Strong understanding of Shopee, Tiktok and Lazada e-commerce platforms.
• Intermediate understanding of G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word). (Excel / Sheets : Pivot Tables, Charts, Vlookup and other basic calculation commands).
