Job Summary :
The Operations Supervisor ensures all store operations run efficiently across all locations by supervising store activities, aligning operations with company goals, and providing guidance to store teams. This role plays a key part in supporting the Operations Head with store performance, compliance, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular store walks (especially on weekends) to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Implement company policies and initiatives across all stores.
- Monitor KPI targets, staffing concerns, and operational gaps.
- Assist in conflict resolution and coaching store personnel.
- Generate reports for the Operations Head and support data-based decisions.
Work Schedule :
Shift : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (flexible if extended store walks are needed)Workdays : 6days / weekDay-Off : Weekday (rotational : Mon–Thu only)Required to work every Saturday and Sunday for in-store walkthroughs and spot checksQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business or Retail Management.Minimum 3 years of retail operations or store supervision experience.Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities.
