As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on finance, HR, compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal operations, covering finance, HR, compliance, and administration
• Oversee financial management : invoicing, budgeting, expenses, and reporting
• Manage the Funding Request process with AWS
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements
• Build and optimise scalable processes to support business growth
• Drive efficiency improvements through automation and best practices
• Deliver regular operational reports and insights to leadership
