Sales Governance Business Partner

The Sales Governance Business Partner acts as a strategic enabler for the B2B Sales organization, ensuring governance excellence, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment to drive revenue growth, mitigate risks, and enable sustained performance. This role partners closely with Sales leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, reinforce accountability, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Strategic Alignment & Execution : Partner with B2B Sales leaders to cascade strategic objectives into measurable action plans.
• Monitor execution progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend course corrections.
• Governance Framework & Compliance : Lead governance forums, quarterly reviews, and operational checkpoints. Ensure compliance with governance standards, sales policies, and risk management requirements.
• Performance Analytics & Insights : Track, analyze, and interpret sales performance data. Provide actionable insights to improve productivity, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to streamline workflows and enable faster decision-making. Support strategic initiatives that cut across business units.
• Executive Reporting & Advisory : Prepare business cases, board-level presentations, and leadership updates. Serve as a trusted advisor to sales management, driving operational efficiency and strategic focus.
