Responsibilities :
Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles onsite.
Prepare detailed adjustment reports that outline repair scope, parts pricing, and labor costs.
Discuss and agree on repair procedures, parts, and pricing with accredited repair shops.
Monitor repair progress to ensure work meets agreed standards, costs, and timelines.
Provide technical guidance to policyholders and claimants on repair processes and claim requirements.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage totalloss claims, including vehicle pullout and valuation steps.
Flag suspicious claims and recommend referrals to the AntiFraud team when necessary.
Operate within company policies, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree (Any four-year course)
Familiarity with vehicle repair processes; motoinsurance experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal skills for clear and customer interaction
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and able to work effectively with diverse teams

This position will be working with general insurance company operating in Southeast Asia.
Working Set-up : Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
