We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial operations and ensure sound fiscal management. The successful candidate will lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including sales revenue management of the stores, billing and collections, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls. This role requires strong analytical skills, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive financial strategies that support the companys growth and operational goals.
The ideal candidate has at least six (6) years of progressive finance experience within the property management, commercial, or retail sector, with proficiency in SAP and an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Management
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, P&L statements, balance sheets, and variance reports , ensuring financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
Sales Revenue Management
Oversee and monitor the sales revenue performance of the stores , ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with business targets.Analyze revenue trends, margins, and sales profitability, providing insights and recommendations to support commercial and operational decisions.Collaborate with operations and retail teams to validate sales data and optimize revenue streams.Billing, Collection, and Revenue Operations
Supervise the billing, invoicing, and collection processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contractual agreements.Implement policies and procedures to optimize collection efficiency and minimize outstanding receivables.Coordinate closely with leasing, operations, and other relevant teams to validate billing details and promptly address discrepancies or account issues.Compliance, Audit, and Taxation
Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and financial reporting standards .Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.Prepare and submit all required regulatory filings and tax returns accurately and on time.Liaise with internal and external auditors , providing documentation and addressing findings in a timely manner.Systems and Process Improvement
Leverage SAP and other financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and data reliability.Continuously review and improve financial policies, systems, and procedures to support organizational growth and operational excellence.Team Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration
Manage and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of performance, integrity, and continuous improvement.Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that guide strategic planning and business decisions.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Required .Minimum of 6 years of progressive finance or accounting experience , preferably in property management, commercial real estate, or retail industries.Proven expertise in sales revenue management, billing, collection, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance .Hands-on experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
