Build and manage high-level relationships with key external stakeholders, including government agencies (e.g., BSP, SEC), banks, and payment partners, to support licensing, compliance, and strategic alignment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the payment and fintech space across domestic and international markets.
- Lead commercial negotiations, partnerships, and joint initiatives with acquirers, issuers, aggregators, and ecosystem players.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, both in the Philippines and abroad, to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
- Conduct regular client visits and strategic meetings to understand partner needs, strengthen cooperation, and drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of partnership and regulatory projects.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify threats and opportunities in the payments ecosystem.
- Prepare and present business proposals, partnership strategies, and market-entry plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all matters related to external business development, payments strategy, and ecosystem positioning.
