Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Planning and Strategy
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and operational plans.
- Lead annual and long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making and business growth.
2. Accounting and Financial Management
Oversee the daily financial operations, including accounting, billing, collections, and disbursements.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial records, statements, and reports.Implement and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets.Supervise payroll and ensure proper remittance of government-mandated benefits and taxes.3. Budgeting and Cost Control
Manage the preparation, consolidation, and review of operating budgets across all departments and clinics.Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures and recommend corrective actions.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.4. Financial Reporting and Compliance
Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management, board of directors, and regulatory agencies.Guarantee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including BIR, SEC, and DOLE mandates.Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies on financial matters.Maintain proper documentation for audits and external reviews.5. Treasury and Cash Flow Management
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and capital requirements.Manage banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for credit facilities and investments.Supervise fund allocations, disbursements, and reconciliations to ensure efficient cash management.6. Risk Management and Policy Development
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and compliance systems.Lead initiatives for financial process improvement and digital transformation.7. Leadership and People Management
