JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or relevant discipline (preferred)
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Minimum 2–4 years of progressive financial management experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

STRATEGIC FINANCIAL PLANNING

Develop and implement financial strategies, long‑term plans, and objectives aligned with the company's overall business goal.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Analyze and oversee all financial and accounting functions, including working capital, capital expenditures, and dept.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & REPORTING

Analyze financial data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Identify and manage financial risks, and stablish controls and policies to maintain fiscal stability.

BUDGETING & FORECASTING

Oversee and budgeting process, manage expenses, and develop forecasts to support informed decision‑making.

STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS

Manage relationship with external financial partners, investors, and lenders.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

Build, lead, and direct the finance and accounting team, fostering a strong and competent department.
