Job Description
CLIENT SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify, understand, and define the client’s objectives and needs, and translate these requirements into a proper brief for internal cascade.
- Work closely with the client and internal teams in the development and creation of Cost Estimates for designated brands.
- Monitor and ensure the welfare and health of assigned brands.
- Facilitate the consolidation of required documents and materials needed in fulfillment of clients’ Purchasing / Procurement departments.
- Ensure all projects have signed cost estimates and are billed in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely billing and collection of Finance. Monitor projects to ensure they stay within budget and procure necessary budget as needed.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ensure the timely and successful implementation of assigned projects.Continuously elevate the standard and quality of work output as well as the service provided to the clients.Identify and monitor daily next steps on assigned requirements to ensure adherence to internal and external timelines.Provide clear and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.Must be able to troubleshoot and initiate solutions in case of project challenges, and escalating concerns to concerned parties if need be.Provide leadership and motivation to foster the agency’s standards of creative excellence and digital ingenuity to consistently achieve client goals, providing constructive feedback on performance and work attitude of the team when necessary.Requirements
With at least 5-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhereBenefits
