We’re now seeking a results-driven Director of Operations – Service Delivery to lead our large-scale design production teams. You’ll oversee hundreds of designers and managers, ensuring exceptional throughput, turnaround time, and quality in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership
- Oversee a production team of 350+ CAD designers across multiple shifts and 10+ frontline managers.
- Drive operational performance through strict adherence to SLAs, throughput targets, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure top-tier quality control while minimizing rework percentage and production delays.
- Lead daily operations reviews using real-time dashboards and data-driven KPIs.
- Implement best practices in workflow optimization, workforce planning, and cross-shift coordination.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Build and scale operational playbooks for consistency and performance excellence.Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Partner with Engineering and Product teams to enhance production tools and automate key processes.Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.Team Management & Development
Mentor and empower managers to lead high-performing teams with clear expectations and measurable goals.Drive alignment and collaboration across operations, quality, and support departments.Maintain a hands-on leadership approach — engaged, visible, and actively solving problems on the floor.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading large-scale production or service delivery teams (200+ FTE) with measurable improvements in TAT, rework, and output per FTE .Strong background in operations, manufacturing, or service delivery management in a high-volume, data-driven environment.Hands-on expertise with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and process automation.Proficiency in operational analytics, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting.Strategic yet execution-focused leader who thrives in a flat, fast-moving culture .Exceptional communication, coaching, and change management skills.Resilient and results-oriented mindset — balances data with empathy and action.Why Join Us?
