Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking an Employee Engagement Associate to help us build a workplace where people feel valued, connected, and inspired.
In this role, you will design and support initiatives that strengthen employee morale, foster collaboration, and create meaningful experiences for our team.
From wellness activities to recognition programs and company events, you will play a key role in shaping an inclusive and vibrant work culture.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and passionate about employee experience, with strong communication skills and a flair for organizing activities.

Responsibilities : Design and run employee engagement programs that reflect RecruitGo’s values.
Organize and host activities like town halls, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to improve employee experience.
Partner with HR, Operations, and Communications on internal campaigns.
Support onboarding and orientation to ensure a welcoming new hire experience.
Monitor employee morale through feedback sessions and check-ins.
Track engagement metrics and provide insights to HR leadership.
Create internal communications and presentations (Canva / other tools).
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all initiatives.
Manage vendor coordination and logistics for events.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; experience in HR, engagement, or communications is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and passionate about employee experience.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Event hosting or vendor coordination experience is an advantage.
