Job Summary :
The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and managing Employee Engagement Initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen employee satisfaction and enhance retention.
Duties and Responsibilities :
25% Engagement Strategy :
- Design, implement, and monitor employee engagement strategies, programs, and events that align with organizational goals
25% Well-being Initiatives :
Spearhead wellness activities and other morale-boosting events15% Survey % Feedback :
Develop and manage engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback tools; analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements15% Recognition Programs :
Assist Employee Relations Manager in managing recognition and reward programs10% Internal Communication : Partner with HR Business Partners and Corporate Communications teams to share engagement initiatives, events and updates
5% Training & Development :
Assist Learning & Development Team during in house seminars / trainings as needed5% Data & Reporting :
Track key engagement metrics (i.e. Engagement Reach %), prepare reports for HR Head, and measure the impact of engagement initiatives.Technical Competencies :
