U.S. Benefits Analyst

US BENEFITS ANALYST Position Overview : We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to support the operational and administrative aspects of our global benefits programs.

This role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of benefits processes, delivering high-quality employee support, and maintaining data accuracy across systems and reports.

This role will be responsible in the company’s medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insruance, flexible spending accounts and health saving accounts mostly.

This role does not involve benefits plan design or renewals.

Key Responsibilities : Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits plans, enrollment, eligibility, plan details, and related topics.

Administer benefit-related processes such as : Processing and verifying qualifying life events (QLEs) Managing dependent verifications Coordinating Evidence of Insurability (EOI) with employees and insurance carriers Collaborate with carriers and vendors on eligibility, changes, and documentation needs.

Generate monthly reports and analytics to support Finance (e.g., benefits invoice consolidation, cost allocation) and to meet carrier reporting requirements.

Ensure data integrity across systems and audit employee benefits records regularly.

Partner with internal stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure benefit processes align and run smoothly.

Qualifications : Associate degree or bachelor’s degree to any related course.

2–4 years of experience in a benefits administration, HR operations, or related analytical role.

Experience with Workday, especially the Benefits module.

Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with large and complex datasets.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :   Familiarity with U.S.

benefits and related regulations (e.g., QLEs, EOI, dependent eligibility).

Prior experience working in a global, fast-paced company.
