The Project Manager, Strategic Enablement at Ubiquity plays a key role in leading and executing cross-functional initiatives that enhance alignment, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness across the organization.
This position works closely with the Director of Strategic Enablement, as well as leaders from Technology, Places, Operations, and other support teams, to turn strategic concepts into structured, well-documented, and trackable projects.
This role is expected to bring strong project discipline, clarity, and consistent follow-through to complex initiatives—ensuring priorities are well-defined, ownership is clear, and results are measurable.
The Project Manager, Strategic Enablement will be instrumental in minimizing unnecessary spend, elevating operational maturity, and supporting Ubiquity’s long-term growth and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level strategies and business priorities into clear project scopes, plans, and deliverables.
- Maintain structured documentation for initiatives, including objectives, success metrics, stakeholders, timelines, risks, and decisions.
- Lead the day-to-day management of cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones, owners, and deadlines are clearly defined and actively tracked.
- Coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders, driving alignment, resolving issues, and escalating risks or dependencies when needed.
- Prepare and maintain concise, leadership-ready reporting on project and program status, including progress, risks, and recommended actions.
- Use data and input from stakeholders to support business cases, evaluate options, and track the impact of initiatives (e.g., efficiency gains, cost avoidance, or savings).
- Support the planning and execution of change initiatives, including communication, training, and feedback loops to ensure adoption and sustainability.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of frameworks, standards, and tools used to manage Strategic Enablement initiatives.
- Promote disciplined execution by ensuring that initiatives are properly scoped, owned, measured, and closed out with documented outcomes and learnings Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered but is not required
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, PMO, business support, or similar roles, preferably within the BPO or shared services industry
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and departments
- Exposure to technology and operations-related projects (e.g., platform rollouts, process improvements, facilities or site-related projects) is preferred; however, familiarity with IT concepts or prior experience working closely with IT teams on projects is required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management skills, with experience using structured methodologies, tools, and templates
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex workstreams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data to support decisions and recommendations
- Effective communicator, capable of tailoring messaging for different audiences, from frontline teams to senior leadership
- Ability to build trust and influence without direct authority across functions and geographies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives
