Non-Negotiable Requirements :
- Educational Requirement : Completed at least 2nd year in college. An IT graduate is preferred.
- At least 6 months in training or teaching-related tasks in BPO
- Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
- Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
- Microsoft product knowledge is required
- Preferably available to start immediately
