Job descriptionSales ManagementPerform the end to end sales management.Develop sales strategies, identify sales leads and generate new customer database.Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Introduce the product and services to new customer. Meet the target requirements of client visit per month.Conduct a strategic and detailed sales presentation. Design and customized sales proposal and quotation according to the customer’s requirements.Customer RelationshipCreate a working relationship with key customer stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.Maintain the company's existing relationships with active customers and achieve long-term connections.Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.Sales AnalysisMonitor competition, economic indicators and industry trends. Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.Validate the quality of the customer lead and pipeline data to improve the overall data quality.Prepare sales stats report and comply the weekly and monthly sales status report.
