Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient and safe storage and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting safety and teamwork.
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflow.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and proper documentation.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety procedures and regulations.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure routine maintenance is conducted.
• Handle customer or internal complaints regarding delivery, shortages, or damaged goods.
