Logistics and Warehouse Manager

Job descriptionDesign and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals Oversee inbound / outbound transportation, customs clearance, and 3PL relationships Manage multiple warehouse sites or large-scale facilities Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods Optimize warehouse layout and automation systems for efficiency Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and system controls Implement and manage ERP / WMS platforms Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams Collaborate with procurement, sales, project, CMO and finance departments Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, customs, transport laws) Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions Monitor and improve health, safety, and environmental practices Close coordination with Market unit CMO / Logistics, Project, Service, Sales and Finance team Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering 7–10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong analytical and decision-making skills Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, WMS platforms) Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities Experience in managing P&L and budgeting for logistics operation Customer Focus Operational Excellence High-Performance Culture Innovation Financial Strength Think Big and Execute Act With Urgency Own It Drive Continuous Improvement Promote Transparent and Open Communication Learn and Seek Out Development Foster a Customer-First Mindset Lead by Example
