Role : Warehouse Manager - SCommerce (Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental) at Shopee
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall warehouse operations
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market
- Manages various analyses – including cost / benefit, cost-optimization, delivery / returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more
- Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met
- Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
- Manage overall warehouse cost and budget
- Produce reports and statistics regularly : Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any related field8-10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations, or related fieldExcellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from itStrong knowledge of warehousing KPIsHands on experience with warehouse management software and databasesStrong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsMust be willing to be assigned in (Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental)Seniority level
