Overview

On-site - Cavite 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Job Description

Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
Ensure efficient inventory control and stock management.
Develop and implement safety protocols and best practices.
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a positive team culture and provide training.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field.

Experience Level : 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or similar role.

Skills and Competencies : Proficient in Excel, excellent organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, and strong personnel management abilities.

Responsibilities and Duties : Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, implement safety protocols, and manage staff performance.

Working Conditions : Fast-paced environment requiring physical activity and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualities and Traits : Detail-oriented, proactive, strong leadership qualities, and effective communication skills.
