JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, focusing on tasks like employee record maintenance, recruitment assistance, and payroll support.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintaining and updating employee records, both digital and physical, including HR databases.
Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Assisting with the onboarding of new employees, including orientation and providing initial support.
Handling employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies and benefits, and resolving simple issues.
Ensuring compliance with relevant employment and benefits laws and regulations.
