HR Officer

IKEY LOCAL AGENCY CORP is looking for qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the following positions in our Pampanga branch!

Qualifications :

• Open to male and female candidates
• Preferably residing near the branch or office location
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field
• With experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and timekeeping
• Familiar with government labor laws, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient in using MS Office and HR-related systems or tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
