Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader Position in BPO setting.
Prior experience in a healthcare account is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferably near QC.
