We are looking for a Account Specialist who will provide end-to-end support to customers throughout the purchase process—from inquiries and orders to delivery, returns, and after-sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately.
- Provide product information and technical support.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the account management team to resolve issues.
- Upsell or cross-sell products when applicable.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.with 2 years of experience in sales, project management, or customer serviceStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Interest in interior design is an advantage.Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Amenable to work in a hybrid work setup in Angeles, Pampanga
