Job descriptionManage Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect current project progress. Analyse project timelines, identify risks, and propose adjustments to keep projects on track. Prepare and present scheduling reports, including critical path and progress updates. Support project planning and resource allocation to optimize performance and meet deadlines. Ensure schedules comply with client and company requirements. Proven experience as a Project Scheduler. Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Experience working on Australian projects (preferred : resources / mining sector). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
