WE’RE HIRING : SITE LEAD – DAVAO CITY

We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee site operations in Davao City for a top-performing shared services company. This is an opportunity to take on a critical leadership role and make a significant impact on one of Mindanao’s most dynamic business hubs.

Signing Bonus : Available for candidates relocating from Manila or Cebu

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years senior leadership experience in the BPO industry
• At least 5 years of proven success managing a site with 200–300 FTEs
• Strong knowledge of internal operations including Workforce, IT, Facilities, P&L, and Seat Planning
• Familiarity with Davao / Mindanao culture and language

We are looking for a professional who has already demonstrated success in a similar role and is prepared to drive excellence at scale.
