Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent Must be willing to work ON SITE Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills Must have knowledge and experience in SQL Server, SAP Business One, and SAP Crystal Reports installation Knowledge and experience in SAP B1 Hana and other ERP Systems is an advantage Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power BI / Microsoft Report Builder and Microsoft Azure is an advantage Experience in software support and development is an advantage Willing to travel and be deployed all over the country
Responsibilities :
- Provides SAP software maintenance and support to correct systems errors, user inquiries, concerns and problems
- Provides SAP troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of system configurations and changes
- Design and create Crystal Reports for SAP Business One
- Conduct Crystal Reports training and installation to clients
- Improving system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions.
