Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be the creative force behind a groundbreaking wellness brand’s digital presence! You’ll be the mastermind behind compelling video content that showcases revolutionary wellness experiences and helps establish this business as the local expert in float therapy and contrast treatments. Working directly with the business owner, you’ll have the creative freedom to develop engaging content strategies that highlight what makes this facility truly distinctive from competitors. This role combines your passion for video editing with strategic social media marketing, allowing you to create approximately 20 videos per month that will educate and inspire potential clients about the transformative benefits of cutting-edge wellness treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit approximately 20 engaging videos per month using CapCut and other professional video editing software
• Transform raw footage into compelling content by adding text overlays, captions, and dynamic visual elements
• Manage comprehensive social media presence across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
• Develop and execute strategic content distribution plans to maximize reach and engagement
• Write captivating captions and social media copy that resonates with health-conscious audiences
• Design eye-catching graphics and visual elements for social media posts
• Engage authentically with community members and respond to comments and messages
• Create persuasive ad content for social media campaigns that drive bookings
• Provide strategic guidance on video content creation and social media best practices
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule with 1-2 high-quality social media updates per week
• Help establish the business owner as a recognized expert in wellness and float therapy

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Requirements : Proven track record in video editing with advanced proficiency in CapCut and similar editing platforms Strong background in social media marketing with demonstrated results in content creation Experience with graphic design tools and creating visually appealing social media content Deep understanding of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms and best practices Ability to work EST business hours and collaborate effectively with US-based clients Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work and successful social media campaigns Experience in community management and building engaged online audiences Knowledge of content distribution strategies across multiple digital platforms Understanding of wellness, healthcare, or spa industry preferred but not required Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling captions and copy
